We have found RV travel to be absolutely the best way for families to travel the world! Can't wait to get to that part of the globe!

We have been to 32 countries so far since we started our open ended family world tour in 2006 & also find it to be a spectacular, very cheap, very green way to see Europe and connect with European families.

Combined with bikes, good weather, cargo ships, mass transit, luxury resorts at bargain prices in places like Barcelona, Dubrovnik, Tuscany & slow travel, it's ideal for super fun, frugal family travel!

We were inspired to do our trip partially based om a French family that toured the whole world for 4 years by RV!

Enjoy! You'll never watch the movie "RV" in the same way! LOL

I can't believe I've been a subscriber to National Geographic since I was 8 years old and I've NEVER heard about the Hundertwasser toilets! Thank you so much for this valuable travel tip!! Seriously, this post is hilarious. I'm so glad you all continue to be having a great time, and so glad you're running this blog.

New Zealand looks great. Good luck with RV - I just spent two weeks driving around Scotland in 9-seater Mercedes Van with my entire family!

I'm enjoying the sight, just stumbled upon you.

Morgan doesn't get nearly enough credit in this post--not just for driving this behemoth from the wrong side (while shifting with his left hand), but for backing it into the camping spot! Amazing! I'm more impressed by his mad skill than anything else you have to report about NZ!

Glad you guys are having such a blast. I'll send an email with more news.

ha ha ha ha ha ha...I can't stop laughing! This film is GREAT! The music choice is particularly perfect. And the dance shots...Morgan, I didn't know you had it in you - such grace, such poise, such a statement in movement!!

What a treat to feel like I'm a fly on your wall on the other side of the planet! Thank you for keeping in touch so well.

Miss you and love you (and sending out a gesture and tongue stick-out) -
